What awaits you:

An intuitive writing ritual to bring clarity.

Grounding breathwork and intention-setting to release and center.

Thirty minutes of restorative, full-body Pilates to strengthen your connection to self. This breath-led flow, enhanced with rhythmic sounds, sets the tone for mindful movement beyond the mat.

An intentional collective walk from Spyre through the Lower Garden District and Central City to Lagniappe Bakehouse, 1825 Euterpe St., to reflect and deepen your morning focus through awareness.

Commune at Lagniappe Bakehouse to gather, unwind, and savor signature in-house offerings (Grains of Paradise Bun + Folere Hibiscus Iced Tea included with your experience).

We will end our experience with a leisurely walk back to our starting point.

This morning is offered with care. A portion of proceeds will benefit a local program supporting women affected by cancer.

Postcards and pens provided for the writing ritual. You are welcome to bring your own journal and pen.

The Pilates Ritual offers a thoughtfully crafted Pilates mat experience that blends classical, contemporary, and somatic techniques. Our ritual is designed to promote mental stimulation, refine coordination and balance, and cultivate conscious bodily awareness for diverse bodies on and off the mat.

Due to the intimate nature of this experience, each space is thoughtfully reserved.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience are non-refundable, as preparations have been finalized.

• Tickets may be transferred to another guest at least 12 hours prior to the experience. Please email all refund and transfer requests to inquiries@armande.co.
